PTA Shop Volunteers Needed

Dear Volunteer,

Thank you for all the help you’ve given us during the school year, we couldn’t run the PTA without you and are very grateful for everything you do.

For those returning in August, we’d like to ask again for your time as it’s very busy in both shops at the start of term.

The uniform shop will open from 9.30am on Tuesday 8th August. We have students who will help Christine and I behind the counter, but we’d appreciate your help “front of house” as the friendly, welcoming face of the PTA – advising new families what uniform items they need, keeping the racks tidy etc.

The bookshop will open from 9.30am on Tuesday 15 August and will need many volunteers. Don’t worry if you haven’t done it before, it’s not difficult. We will train you and provide coffee, tea and cookies!

The details are on the attached roster, if you can’t do a full session we’d appreciate extra help in the bookshop during long break, 10.15-10.35, and lunchtime, 12.45-13.40/11.40-12.45 (Wednesday).

Let us know when you can help and have a lovely summer break. If you have any questions please contact either Christine or myself. The PTA office will be open throughout the school holidays.

Best regards,

Sandra Logan
ISPTA Manager
