ISPTA Newsletter 2022-23, Term 2

Term 2 featured the cultural celebration to welcome the Year of the Rabbit, with amazing courtyard decoration by ISPTA volunteers. ISPTA also sponsored Chinese dance costumes for the celebration assembly

On February 10, 2023, Islanders came together once again for the Annual Whole School Walkathon in support of the Island School Trust, here primarily focused on supporting children experiencing poverty in Hong Kong and overseas. Parent volunteers answered the call in distributing hot dogs and veggie dogs to cap off the truly successful event. 

Parent luncheons brought parents from specific year-groups together on campus for some lively social interaction as our communities continue to grow stronger once again. What’s more, the information-rich Friday morning coffee Zooms continued to be popular.

The final days at the end of term were all about preparing for our first Spring Fair on the new campus – some sneak peaks here!
