History Students Hear the Story of a Famous Gem

Year 12 and 13 history students were invited by the Royal Geographical Society to listen to a talk by best-selling author, investigative journalist and historian, William Dalrymple.

History Teacher, Maryanne Mcphee said, “Mr Dalrymple presented an engaging history of the world’s most famous gemstone, the Koh-i-Noor. The students were inspired by his passion for the subject and his entertaining presentation of this intriguing story.”

“This was a great opportunity for senior history students to listen to one of the world’s most famous historians.”
