Food Departments hosts Barbara Monks, co-founder of the Food Teachers Centre

On Wed The Food department had the pleasure of hosting Barbara Monks, the co-founder of the Food Teachers Centre, that supports over 8000 food teachers in the UK and around the world. Barbara was in HK visiting her daughter and Mr Lord invited her in to see the innovative teaching and learning that goes on during Elements. Barbara was certainly impressed with this approach to education and wrote a lovely piece about her experience on the Food Teachers Centre Facebook page.
