Anson Takes Third Place in Ironman Race
Anson Leung (9E) took third place in the sprint distance Vietnam Ironman Race held on the 10-13 May 2018. The sprint distance challenges participants to (swim 750m, bike 20km, run 5km). On race day the sea was rough and the temperature was 40C plus. Anson came 3rd overall among the 104 participants and 1st in his category!
“The hardest part of the race was the run right after the bike. My body wanted to stop but I ran and ran and ran to the finish line.”
