In the Sweet Indulgence Elements course this semester, students worked in teams to create media content that links to a theme of their choice.
Incorporating all their practical work, this is a new approach to the course. The groups created a wide range of media including magazines, social media posts, videos and websites.
Chris Lord, Head of Food Technology commented that it was very interesting to see how students interacted in this project and glad to see different dynamics from each group.
