Students create cookbooks for beginners
In Elements class ‘Lord’s Kitchen’ this semester, students have been creating magazines, that include recipes and cooking advice for people just starting their cooking journey.
From content writing, layout design to photography, students produced the magazines by themselves from start to finish. The magazines detailing key facts about hygiene and safety, as well as key skills and knowledge about different types of commodities, such as vegetables, meat, seafood, pasta, rice and the mother sauces.
