Student Awards and Achievements

Island School sailor Lumiere Ng (10E) has been awarded the “Sailor of the Year” award by his sailing club the Hebe Dragons this month.

Last year he qualified for the European Championships held in August.  At the Asia Championships, in October he competed in the Gold Fleet.   He moved from the Optimist Dinghy to the larger, Laser 4.7 in Nov 2017 adapting quickly after some intensive training in the following few months.
