Run Your Own Business 2022
From hand drawn original House pins, customisable hoodies to crystal accessories, students from the Elements class ‘Run Your Own Business’ held two trade fair sessions across Sha Tin Wai and Tai Wai campus this week.
Students have worked hard throughout the term to develop, pitch and produce their products whilst learning to handle real-life business scenarios in areas such as customer services, marketing and sales. The fair received great enthusiasm and support from students and staff. The groups were:
Rojka, selling hand drawn original enamel House pins;
Tote Lab, selling customisable tote bag;
THERM, selling temporary tattoo stickers;
Comfortables, selling customisable hoodies;
Juk Fuk, selling hand drawn laptop stickers;
Crystallike, selling handmade crystal accessories;
Kaydence Yeung (11F) said, “The trade fair was an excellent opportunity for me and my group to have a chance at selling products in real life, which lets us experience what it’s like running a business and handling customer service.”
“It was very hectic, but we managed to sell a lot. We hope to continue making more sales moving forward!”, added Renee Leung (11F).
