Inter-House Athletics Finals Day on Tuesday 27 November 2018
Please be advised that students will be participating in the Inter-House Athletics Finals Day on Tuesday 27th November 2018 at the Wan Chai Sports Ground (20 Tonnochy Road, Wan Chai HK) from 8am -1:30pm.
Students need to be at the stadium by 7.45 am for registration with all buses taking students directly to the stadium. If your child/children makes their own way to school a video will be shared showing students how to get from Wan Chai MTR to the ground. This is a compulsory school day and attendance is expected for all students all day.
This year, the Athletics Finals Day theme is MONSTERS. All students will need to wear their house shirt and accessorise appropriately using their House colours based around the theme for the day.
The programme of events will be published on the school bulletin with approximate timings (parents can view the bulletin via their children login). Parents are more than welcome to come and support both their child and House, please do look out for the timings of when your child will be competing.
The day will finish at approximately 1:30pm with students free to make their own way home. Due to the infrastructure around the venue we are unable to run a normal bus service home on this day. For those in Year 7 & 8 we will have buses to both campuses in Sha Tin and Elements in Kowloon.
