Food Lovers’ Guide to Culture World Food Festival

Elements class ‘Food Lovers’ Guide to Culture’ held a world food festival, celebrating all the different cultures they have been learning about.

Students worked in teams to prepare different dishes, creating a buffet which was served to visitors, teachers and students at the Tai Wai campus, on 30 May 2018. Mr Burrough’s photography class came down to take photographs of the teams at work and their final dishes. Food Technology Teacher Ms Chisulo said, “The festival was a great success and students received very positive feedback from our ESF center visitors and Principal Mr Loggie.”
