How Does Disney Do It?

The BTEC Business Studies students visited Disneyland, to research best practice for their hospitality and customer service unit. The students were given a tour around the Disneyland Hotel where they learned about the ethos of the company and how it is portrayed through customer service. Students were also taken around the Disneyland park where a tour guide showed them specific facilities and services put in place to exceed customer expectations.
