Year 9 History “Revolutionary” Display
The Year 9 historians have been focusing on the concept of causation as they researched a topic of their choice at the conclusion of the revolutions unit. Students were encouraged to develop their research skills as well as analytical skills and evaluate content on significant events throughout history. They presented their research in a creative display.
“My favourite part of the project was creating a replica Votes for Women badge as part of my research on the Suffragettes movement.”, said Eugenia Chan (9N).
Tari Ng from 9F also commented that even though it was quite challenging in the research stage, it was a great opportunity for her to learn about a new topic – the Russian Revolution.
