Pre-EGM Townhall Meeting – 27 May 2019

The Island School Parent Teacher Association Limited (ISPTAL) invites parents to a Town Hall style meeting to be held on Monday 27th May, 2019 at the Library, Island School Sha Tin Wai, Pok Hong Estate, Sha Tin Wai, at 5:30pm, regarding the transition of the ISPTA from a Limited Company to an Association.

There will be a presentation explaining the reasons for the transition. Parents will also have the opportunity to ask questions/make comments concerning the transition from a Limited Company to an Association.

Parents may click on the links to view the current Memorandum & Articles of Association under which ISPTAL operates and the proposed constitution of the new Association.
