Island School’s Got Talent Competition

The BTEC Business Studies students had to independently plan and run an event of their choosing. One of the BTEC groups planned an Island School’s Got Talent competition, 24 March 2017. Throughout March they held auditions and selected 11 finalists including singers, dancers and musicians. As event planners they had responsibility for marketing, budgeting and delivering all aspects of the show.

The winners were,
1st Sintia Faras and Fournier – Little Mix: Touch
2nd Hanna Mock – Adel: Rolling in the Deep
3rd Basil Tsui and Victoria O-Young – Ed Sheeren: Shape of you

BTEC Business Studies teacher Kayleigh Austin said: “Over all it was  a very well run and well organised event that the BTEC Business Students can be proud of!”
