ESF Chef Semi-final in Picture

ESF Chef 2019 semifinalists modernised street food with a range of sweet and savoury dishes, including corn dogs and faux shark fin soup. The judges loved the way the students approached the brief. Congratulations to Charlotte (for her Fruit Tacos), Wai Lam (for her Lammingtons) and Victoria (for her Greek doughnuts) all moving into the final on 3rd April!
