Young Post – features Elements, ISTA and Five-0

The South China Morning Post – Young Post has featured Island School’s Food Technology Elements students who were baking with Choux pastry and preparing a Caribbean buffet when a reporter came into their class to meet them and try their dishes.

The article explains that the Caribbean Buffet was for the visiting students taking part in the Asia ISTA (International Schools Theatre Association) Festival. Island Five-0 was also mentioned with students getting ready to make and sell cakes at the event
