The Best of the Black Sheep

Senior students visited different Black Sheep restaurants and met its management team, this week. The students had a presentation about customer service across the Black Sheep group and learnt how to set tables, carry plates and clear the tables. They finished off the day with pizza from Motorino. Teacher of Business Studies, Anny Kim said, “It was an excellent talk and the students have lots of information to work with for their customer Hospitality Service unit”!
