Terrific Tapas
Throughout the year, senior school, Food and Hospitality students make dishes from different countries. This month students have been preparing Spanish dishes specifically, Spanish tapas including: chicken skewers, potato and onion tortilla, calamari and croquettes. The students put their skills and knowledge to the test this week by hosting a pop-up restaurant for school staff. Evan Psillides, 13R said, “This was the first opportunity we have had to do something like this, because of Covid restrictions, so we made the most of it! It was a really amazing experience. It was fun and really useful for those of us considering going into the hospitality industry.”
