Quest Week 2019 – Balance Payment Due Dates  

Please note the following details regarding the balance payments due for your child’s Quest Week 2019 trip:

Year 8, Year 9, Year 10 & Year 12 – As previously advised, balance payments for all overseas trips are due in before the summer holidays and must be handed in on the following dates:

• 18th June (Tuesday): Sha Tin Wai – Main Hall at long break (10:55 to 11:15)
• 19th June (Wednesday): Tai Wai – Main Hall at long break (10:55 to 11:15)

Year 11 – Balance payments must be brought into school and handed in at the Y11 Sign Off day on 14th June. Students will not be signed off if their balance payment is not handed in. Further details regarding the Y11 Sign Off will be sent out by the General Office.

Balance amounts due for each trip will follow in an email during the week of 10th June.

Any students who will be unable to hand in their balance deposits on their allocated time must email Ms. Sasha James before the due date to make alternative arrangements. All payments must be received before the end of term.

Balance payments for all local options are due to be paid in the first term of the new academic year. They will be collected in by the option leaders at the Quest Week meeting on 12th September. Details for balance amounts and meeting details will follow nearer the time.
