Inter-House Rowing

On Tuesday, September 24th, Island School hosted an exciting whole-school Inter-House Indoor Rowing event. Over 1,300 students participated, collectively rowing an impressive distance of 151 km —the equivalent distance of rowing to the north-west part of Guangzhou! The competition spanned the entire school day, with students from all year groups engaged in relay-style races to see how far they could row. Teachers also joined in on the fun, making it a fantastic community event filled with enthusiasm and teamwork!
