The IBCP Hospitality students hosted some special visitors on Thursday 16 January – Andy Wong, CEO of Cathay Pacific Catering Services (CPCS); Heidi Nam, General Manager of Impossible Foods and Gary Tong, Senor Sales Manager of Impossible Foods all tried their dishes championing the versatility and variety of Impossible Food.
The students designed dishes for Cathay Pacific’s Business Class passengers which had to be sustainable and healthy.
Congrats to all who took part – the stand out dishes were Impossible Mediterranean skewers with Tzatziki, Impossible Kofta Curry and Naan, Impossible Joloff, Impossible Jamaican Patties and rice and Impossible Thai Pad See Ew.
