Diwali Under the Stars

We would like to invite you to Island School’s first ‘Diwali Under the Stars’ – an evening filled with extravaganzas and cultural performances.

On Friday, 6 pm November 3rd, the school’s stage will be lit up with several Bollywood dances, featuring students from Year 9 right up to Years 13, a teacher’s dance, and student-sung Bollywood songs. There will also be a mini-fashion show, showcasing stunning Indian saaris, kurtas and other traditional clothes. Lastly, food will be catered by Bombay Dreams – offering an exquisite Indian buffet – both veg and non-veg.

Coupons are $90 per person, and cover the complete cost of the night, including all food. Coupons must be bought in advance. They will be sold by the general office during Thursday, Monday, and Tuesday lunchtimes – please ask your child to purchase them.
