Islander Christmas trot 2021 winners announced

Students and staff were invited to take part in an exercise challenge, where they would try to accumulate as much time or as much distance as possible during the Christmas break in December.

It was fiercely competitive across both the students and staff with some incredible results achieved.

P.E teacher Gavin Boak commented: “I would like to congratulate all those who took part. It is particularly impressive considering that the event was completely voluntary, and they completed purely to better themselves.”

Mr. Boak will be running a similar competition over Chinese New Year to further create a fitness orientated running community.

Well done once again to all those the participants!
