ESF HAPPY HOLIDAYS CARD

We are searching for a piece of student artwork to appear on this year’s ESF Happy Holidays card.

WHEN? The deadline for submissions is 5pm on Monday 27 November.

This deadline will allow time for shortlisting, selection, designing and printing with a view to sharing the winning card W/C 4 Dec.

WHERE? Please upload student artwork here. Please include student names, ages and year groups – and a contact person at your school for us to follow up with. We suggest coordinating internally and not sharing the upload link externally.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES We ask that each school submit a maximum of 10 student entries. (10 entries per school is 220 entries, which is the maximum we can accommodate for this project.)

FORMAT & THEME

  • The theme of the art can reflect each student’s unique interpretation of the holiday season.
  • Please submit JPG or PNG – not HEIC.
  • Our designer will add the ESF logo and a Happy Holidays greeting message, so artwork without words is preferred (see previous cards here). Student artwork may be edited slightly to create space for our Happy Holidays message.
  • Please make sure the submission is an original student artwork and does not contain photos from the internet or design elements (Canva) that are copyright protected and ESF does not have permission to publish.
  • The art can be portrait or landscape.
  • Please make sure you have a high-resolution scan in case your artwork is selected for publication.
