Dress Purple Day 2022
Einstein House held their annual dress purple day on 2 June in which students came to school in purple-themed outfits. The House also organised the Einstein Valentine’s Day/Gratitude Delivery to raise funds for Katja House.
Katja House is one of the school’s charities that supports underprivileged children who live on the streets of Kathmandu and the villages of Nepal.
Students came in wearing purple and Einstein House volunteers went around Form rooms to collect donations, while those who did not dress in purple also donated to the charity!
Einstein Valentine’s Day/Gratitude Delivery this year offered a variety of services/ orders including hand crafted fabric roses, Hershey kisses, song or a handwritten card (Valentine’s or Gratitude). Volunteers have begun distributing valentines and gratitude notes on both campuses.
The outpouring of thankfulness throughout the Island School community has shown the success of this event!
