IBCP visit Chaiwala restaurant
The staff at the Chaiwala restaurant, put on a fantastic learning experience for the IBCP students. Food Technology teacher Chris Lord said, “It was a great way for the Hospitality and Business students to get their first insight into customer service. The Hospitality students have just begun their project on Indian vegetarian cuisine, so learning about the different spices that are used and having a demonstration of the candor oven was invaluable.”
This was their first of several experiences with the Pirata group of restaurants.
