ISPTA supports Ocean Park Wellness Day Trip
During June, Island School organised several wellness trips to Ocean Park for all students who were not on exam break (Year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12). Besides addressing the wellbeing needs of the Island School community, the trip also provided education opportunities to our community on conservation, humanity’s impact on the environment and increasing our awareness of earth’s biodiversity.
As parents were unable to attend (due to social distancing restrictions), they can share the experience of the wonderful and uplifting day with the students via the video below.
ISPTA was happy to sponsor the Ocean Park transportation charges for our students & teachers and we look forward to sponsoring similar events in the future.
