IBCP Hospitality and Business Students Visit to Pici 

Year 12 IBCP Hospitality and Business students visited Pici, an Italian restaurant in Sha Tin New Town Plaza to learn more about Italian Food and tips for how to run a restaurant on 29 April, 2021.

They had a kitchen tour led by the resultant staff. The head chef and the restaurant manager then explained to students about the provenance of all 10 of the sample dishes they tried and answered questions the students had.

Chris Lord, Head of Food Technology said, “This will be an invaluable experience for the students to use when completing their European Food unit and Customer Service units. Thanks again to the whole team at Pici and the continued support from the Pirata group.”
