Year 12 Induction

Our Year 12 induction has been a great success once more! Our teachers, guests and external providers all worked together to once again ensure only the very best for our Year 12s as they start such a significant new chapter in their lives.

Students experienced the practice and power of setting goals, talked to Year 13 students about their experiences, learnt about physical and emotional wellbeing and recognised the importance of working within the community. They also had the opportunity to reflect on their nature as an individual and value themselves for who they are. They enjoyed having to work with their peers across the many different activities and learned the value of reaching out and building a network of supportive friends. After all, as I said to them, ‘We are all in this together’.

I would like to thank, especially, our Year 12 parents who contributed financially to make this week a great event and I look forward to a successful and productive Year 12 for all concerned.
