QUEST WEEK MEETING – 18th April 2018
Dear Parents and Students,
The first Quest Week meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 18th April at 13:30 at the Tai Wai Campus. This meeting is between the students and their respective trip leaders and gives them a chance to meet the other students on their trip.
Transport will be arranged to bring the students and staff from the Sha Tin Wai Campus to the Tai Wai Campus. All Y7’s and Y13’s, Students on the Katja House trip, and Students on Y13 Self Initiated Community Service/Work Experience, plus students from STW who are leaving Island School, will remain at the Sha Tin Wai Campus. Rooming will be advised on Monday 16th April via the Bulletin so please remind your child to check the Bulletin for the information.
- Overseas Trips (except Baiwan)
For all Overseas trips, the 2nd deposit payment will be collected by the trip leader at this Quest Week meeting so please ENSURE your child brings the payment with them on Wednesday 18th April. The 2nd deposit amounts and payment details can be found on the indemnity forms sent to you last Thursday. Please note that the 2nd deposit payment is non-refundable.
- Local Options and the Baiwan Trip
For local options and the overseas trip to Baiwan, the Indemnity Form AND deposit payment will be collected by the trip leader at this Quest Week meeting so please ENSURE your child brings them with them on Wednesday 18th April. The deposit amount and payment details can be found on the indemnity form sent to you on Wednesday 28th March. Please note that the deposit payment is non-refundable.
If your child is unable to make the Quest Week meeting please contact myself or Mrs. Weathington to make alternate arrangements to hand in the payment and Indemnity Form (Local Options and Baiwan only).
