School Council Voting, Deadline Extended to 5th May 2017
Dear Parents
This is a reminder about voting of a new member to the Island School Council. Three candidates Sheila Chan, Sonali Laul, and Christine Meaney have been nominated for election to the School Council, there is one vacancy. Each of the nominated parents has prepared a brief personal statement for your information. You are invited to take part in the e-voting process by following the steps below:
1. Log in to the Gateway where you will see the hyperlinks to access the “Simply Voting” system. One hyperlink will be provided for each of the students’ parents.
2. After you have entered the e-voting system, you will be able to view the candidates’ statements and vote for your preferred candidate by checking the box next to his/her names. Here is a sample of the screen:
Each parent can vote only once, even if there is more than one child in the same school. The e-voting deadline has been extended to the 12noon 5th May 2017.
Please note that the system is provided by an external company, Simply Voting. They will NOT be able to access any of your personal information.
